Terms of Use
Canoogle is an evolving Canadian search service. Use it as a discovery tool, verify important decisions at the source, and do not abuse the infrastructure.

Using the service
You may use Canoogle for lawful personal or business research. You must not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, probe for credentials, automate abusive traffic, scrape in a way that harms Canoogle or its providers, or use results to violate another person’s rights.
Search results are leads, not guarantees
Canoogle combines an independently built index with specialist sources. Results can be incomplete, stale, unavailable, or wrong. Labels such as Official, Featured, Promoted, Canadian, or Canoogle Index describe sourcing or placement policy and are not endorsements, warranties, or proof of ownership. Verify consequential medical, legal, financial, safety, purchasing, and identity claims with an authoritative source.
YouTube
Canoogle’s Videos and Music lanes use YouTube API Services and official YouTube players. By using those YouTube-powered features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube content remains subject to YouTube’s controls, availability, advertising, restrictions, and rights-holder decisions. Canoogle does not grant a right to download, separate, modify, or reuse that content.
Other providers and destinations
Search results can link to third-party websites and services. Canoogle does not control their content, availability, security, prices, or policies. Apple, mapping providers, payment processors, and other destinations apply their own terms.
Support
Tips help fund Canoogle infrastructure and development. They do not buy organic ranking, are not charitable donations, and do not produce a tax receipt. Paid placement, if offered, must be clearly labelled and remains separate from organic ranking.
Availability and changes
Canoogle may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue features while the service evolves. Access is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete results. These terms may be updated as features and provider obligations change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
